Guide through website

To access any page on the website, select any of the top tabs and select any of the pages you wish to use. Each page has a different function and are important to know what is what:

Homepage: This is the homepage and serves as an index for all the pages.

Login: If you have an account, you can log in and out to get emails from Cyberbus, as well as registar to have an account

Report: Report a local issue that you would like to send, more infomation below

Forum: Come chat with other users to discuss an issue or anything else relevant.

Location: Find out any local councils nearby using a Google Map

Help: A page that offers a guide about the website

Newletter: A specialised newsletter that you can subscibe to, with deals and updates that the council will offer

How to Report

When you report an issue, you'll have to give some personal information, even if you are logged in, such as your name, address and postcode. You'll then be given a selection of potential issue choices as well as an "other" option if the issue is unique. You will also have to provide some details on the issue. You then select "send report" where you should recieve a pop up informing you of the report having been sent, confirming to you that it will be seen at a later date. On the Report page is a link to the forum page, where you can with other users interact and see what problems have been reported previously and whether your issue is similar in anyway, it can be a helpful guide over whether your issue has been fixed.
